SRC will provide a confidential and non-judgemental space to support you through these difficult periods.

This will enable you to reach a greater & deeper understanding of your thoughts and feelings, thus allowing you the opportunity to grow and enhance your abilities & coping strategies.

The ultimate aspiration is for you to feel empowered and take positive steps towards increasing your self-awareness and therefore discovering an increase in self-esteem and confidence.

Meet Sara…

Sara offers support for adults of all ages who are experiencing a variety of presenting issues, which may include, but not limited to: Addiction (including drug and alcohol dependancy), Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Self-esteem, Stress, Trauma, Relationship difficulties and other varied issues that may occur in day-to-day life.
Sara also continues to extensively support young people aged 11 and above with helping them to explore social and emotional development. 
The therapeutic process gives young people the opportunity to explore any difficulties they may be experiencing with family or friendships allowing them a safe confidential space to explore these difficult or confusing feelings.
